We at the Law Offices of Thaddeus V. Day, PLLC, thank you and the greater North Yarmouth community for using our legal services.  We work hard to address your needs and concerns as effectively as possible.  We are located on Route 115 in North Yarmouth at 440 Walnut Hill Road.

Our practice covers all of Maine, both federal and State Courts, Probate Courts and the U.S. Tax Court.  Our services are provided on an hourly basis.  If you have questions or concerns about how the law applies to you, please schedule a meeting with us and we will provide the answers you need or find them for you.  We will also meet with you at your home or another place of convenience.

Attorney Day graduated from Brunswick High School, Clarkson University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution, Pennsylvania State University with a Master of Management/Business Administration, and the Maine School of Law with a Juris Doctor.  Attorney Day has been practicing law as a member of the Maine Bar since May 15, 1997.

Attorney Mote joined the firm on April 5, 2010, after working as an intern in the office during his time at the Maine School of Law.  Attorney Mote is a graduate of Hobart College with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Political Science, and the University of Maine School of Law with a Juris Doctor, cum laude.  Attorney Mote was admitted to the Maine Bar on October 21, 2009 .

Clients come to our firm because of a legal issue or sensitive matter requiring knowledgeable advocacy.  In the past we have handled the legal and financial complexities of corporate formation and dissolution, non-compete agreements, and tax examinations.  We have opined on and drafted agreements for services and property.  The firm represents youth and adults accused of crimes, civil violations, poor parenting, or infidelities.  We help identify the meaningful issues and advocate for the results clients want.

In addition, Attorney Day serves as a conservator, personal representative, and advocate for estates.  He also serves as a Reserve Judge Advocate with the 157^th Air Refueling Wing.
